SAPA 202 Non-Thermal Pivot Doors

Both the thermal and non thermal ranges from Sapa offer single and double door arrangements and can be inserted into masonry surrounds or alternatively into its own screening systems or curtain walling.
The flexibility of this system means that it's compatible with other Sapa product ranges such as the Dualframe window and door system, Window Wall and Elegance 52 curtain walling.

Dual colour option on the thermally broken (ST) range of doors and side screening

High levels of thermal performance on the ST door – a U value of 2.2 W/m2K which helps building designers achieve their Target Emmissions Rate (TER) by being offset against the allowable U value of 6.0W/m2K for high traffic doors when calculating the Building Emissions Rate (BER)

Both the thermal and non thermal doors offer a choice of pivot (with anti-finger trap stile option) or a rebated door option that can be installed with a Part M compliant drained threshold.

Accepts upto 32mm glazing

Designed to accept a wide range of industry standard hardware including Axim, Dorma and Adams Rite.

Single or double action hinged, pivot or rebated opening in or out

Can be fitted individually or as part of multi-entrance shopfronts or office screens

Pivoted doors are hung on pivot hinges

A range of handle furniture is available

Pivoting doors can accommodate a wide range of operating hardware including under floor closers, panic bolts and automatic closer mechanisms.

202 Stormforce Doors

The unique 202 Stormforce Door has all the features of the standard 202 single and double door range coupled with a double seal for high exposure applications

Mitred construction and dual weather seal provide high strength and weather performance

Pivot and related doors can additionally accommodate transom closers

The product range is available in all major powder coat colours

Anodised finishes are available including Anolok and Sandalo

The Sapa Stormframe range comprises two highly flexible options to satisfy any application and budget – a non-thermal (202) door or the thermally broken (ST) door and framing system.

Reynaers Vision 50 Non-Thermal Door

The Reynaers Vision 50 is a non-insulated flush door system that is ideal for high traffic applications. This system offers durable and high performing solutions for a wide variety of shop front or ground-floor constructions.
The Vision 50 door system is available for standard inward or outward opening doors as well as single and double swing doors. This solution is highly adaptable with the ability to add various devices providing the potential for the doors to slide automatically or pivot.

Suiting high traffic applications such as retail and office environments, the Vison 50 system from Reynears provides a variety of threshold options which are all compliant with building regulations. Bringing together the highest level of performance and ease of production, this door system excels in security and can be provided inclusive of an integrated anti-finger trap.

Metal Tech 5-20D Hinged Thermal Door

Metal Tech System 5-20D hinged doors (Hi+) offers a wide and diverse range of profiles that will provide structural integrity, weather performance, thermal enhancement, and security. Now a highly cost-effective entrance door solution, the System 5-20D Hi+ complies with both BS 6375 and PAS 23/24. Security testing covers standard, panic and electric release options.
The range of sections can be provided in either of the following range of finishes: Anodised to BS EN 12373-1 or BS 3987. Powder organic coated to BS 6496 or BS EN 12206-1. The System 5-20D Hi+ door can accommodate a different colour/finish internally to that used externally.

Door sashes are all internally glazed and can accommodate glazing units from 24mm to 34mm.
